Optional Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional paid service for shipping loss or damage enquiries. The current fee is shown in the cart and checkout. Add it only if you choose; you can remove it before checkout.

How to request help

Email support@mygiftvibes.com with your order number, tracking details and a description of the loss or damage. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging where available. Customer service reviews the request, investigates with the carrier as needed and explains the available resolution.

Cancellation and the service fee

To cancel an order, submit your request within 12 hours of order confirmation. Orders can only be cancelled before shipping or production. If an unfulfilled order is successfully cancelled, the Package Protection fee is refunded with the order. For a separate service cancellation or fee refund request after ordering, contact us for review before or during the claim process.

Your ordinary consumer rights

Your rights for returns, defects, incorrect goods and statutory consumer protection do not depend on purchasing Package Protection. Choosing not to add it does not remove those rights.
